Darwin International Laksa Festival: Zingy, spicy and downright delicious, this Activate Darwin celebration kicks off with a laksa trail where you can really get your teeth into Darwin culture throughout November. In a city which loves its laksa, this festival culminates with the announcement of the 2022 LakStar winners at a one-day laksa love fest. When in Nov?
